Excellent approach to selecting the right hearing aid; I tried 4 different brands from different manufactures and picked the best for me with support from the audiologist.

The audiologist was very professional and thorough. the cost for the hearing test and setting up my hearing aids was very reasonable. Very happy with my visits and would recommend them.

Excellent in all areas, friendly and helpful as soon as you walk in the door. Answer all questions totally and they make you feel comfortable throughout your appointment with great service. They make sure you know that they are there for you if you have any problems with your hearing aids.

I would like to first thank Calgary Hearing Aid and Audiology for their patience, knowledge and experience. The first time going into the clinic was a pleasant experience. Meeting the receptionist and meeting Karen was a blessing. She was always informative and helpful. I cannot express how happy I am with their amazing service. Karen made sure to give me all the options that would benefit me with the outcome that I was looking for. She wants what’s best for her clients. I only have dealt with two staff members, the friendly receptionist and Karen who knows her job and answered my questions. It’s nice to know that I can have my hearing aids cleaned and checked regularly.

She spent a lot of time with me. The hearing aids are fabulous, they are fine tuned to my needs, and I can control them. Service was prompt and thorough with everyone encountered. Front end staff was courteous, knowledgeable with great communications; eg my hearing aids went out for repair and came back the date I was told and I received a prompt phone call when they were back.
